Helen
Helen is a Yoga teacher and Pilates educator with almost twenty years experience in the health and wellness field. Holding additional qualifications in Personal Training & Nutrition.
Her approach blends traditional Yoga practises with Pilates and extensive study in anatomy, physiology, sports training and nutrition.
Helen has a passion for helping people feel their best with a combination of traditional Yoga, Pilates and her experience as a Personal Trainer & endurance athlete.
Having worked with thousands of students, optimising their health and performance, Helen’s teaching focuses on functionality and is accessible to students of all levels.
Helen specialises in working with an active population and is passionate about helping people meet their movement goals, whether that means optimising their athletic performance, working their way out of injury, or chronic pain, or simply feeling content in their bodies and daily lives.
With an approach that fuses sports science and traditional yoga practices together to create sessions that support and empower each individual, Helen’s students and private clients describe her teaching style as inspirational, educational and motivational.
Helen welcomes everyone to Yoga. It is inclusive regardless of your age, gender, nationality or ability. It attracts all shapes and sizes and colourful backgrounds with a feeling that you belong to something and are part of a community.
