The Transformation Package
A specially designed program for busy individuals who are looking for lasting change. Join Helen on a journey of self-discovery as she guides you to build a stronger and more resilient body from within.
During the program, Helen will teach you simple and time-effective routines that you can easily incorporate into your daily life. The program is recommended for 6 to 12 weeks, with 2 to 3 sessions per week.
Together, we will address, fortify, and enhance your body and core. Helen’s holistic approach will integrate elements of Yoga, Pilates, or a tailored blend, ensuring a personalised experience aligned with your goals.
This program is more than just exercise; it's about unlocking your body's potential and embracing lasting transformation. Sessions are 1 hour long and priced as private sessions. A personalised diet analysis is also included with this program.
Small Group Sessions
