Hello, I'm Helen. Welcome to my Wellness blog.

It's my utmost desire to share with you my lifetime experience as an endurance athlete, personal trainer, Yoga teacher and nutritionist in ways in which I can help you reach your ideal weight and fitness goals alongside, most importantly, feeling happy in your skin, confident and content with the life you choose to lead.

Nothing feels better than health and fitness, and often putting a few healthy habits in place delivers energy, vibrance, motivation and drive.

The health and fitness world is becoming increasingly confusing. Upon meeting my students, I often experience that they are putting all their efforts in the wrong direction for their bodies and lifestyle.

Ultimately your body is unique and what works for you can be the opposite to someone else.

Throughout my blog, I will share with you what I have found to be the most effective ways within my experience and that of the hundreds of students I have trained.
